Sir Ray Avery is an Internationally respected pharmaceutical scientist, inventor and entrepreneur.
He has personally overseen the development and commercialization of hundreds of product presentations ranging from medical devices, Pharmaceuticals, Nutritional and FMCG products. Many of which are manufactured globally and distributed to more than 80 countries.
Sir Ray is the Founder of the Kaizen group which is an international consultancy group which conducts Audits of International Pharmaceutical and Medical device manufacturers, Nutritional and FMCG industries and helps companies in new product development and product realisation across a wide range of industries.
